- What is ‘My Account’?
- ‘My Account’ is a one stop access for all the information related to your order(s). It gives you complete control to do the following:
- Edit your personal information like Name, address, etc.
- Change password
- View your jivatu.in in Credits
- Initiate a return / refund of your order
- Cancel an order
2. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on jivatu.in?
Yes. One needs to register to shop on jivatu.in
3. How can I find out if jivatu.in delivers to my PIN Code?
When you are on the product view page, you can type in your pin code to check the delivery estimate time. In case your pin code is not serviceable, it would let you know.
4. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from jivatu.in confirming the order placement. You will be provided with an order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.
5. Do you take orders over the phone?
No. We do not take orders over the phone. Customers will have to place the order themselves. One can email or call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order.
6.How do I check the current status of my orders?
Click on ‘My Orders’ in ‘My Account’ to get complete details of your order including the current status.
7. I have already placed my order. Can I add more items to the same order?
No. Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items in it. You will have to place another order to shop again.
8. What is the estimated delivery time?
- The delivery time varies from city to city. Typically, it take 2 – 3 days for all metros & Tier 1 cities. Tier 2 & 3 cities may take 3 to 5 days. Some cities in north east India & J&K etc. may take 5 to 7 days. We also ship through Speed Post to few pin codes where no other courier partner can deliver. For any shipment which is getting shipped through India Post, you will be notified at the time of providing your address. India post shipments may take 7 to 12 business days for delivery.
- You could enter your pin code at the product view page to know the estimated time of delivery.
9. Order cannot ship to my area. Why?
There are a few pin codes which are not yet serviceable by our courier partners. However, we are trying our best to make them serviceable. We request you to check back after a few days.
10. Does Jivatu deliver outside India?
We are currently not doing international shipping of products.
11. What are the shipping charges?
jivatu.in offers free shipping across India on all products purchased on its website.
12. How does the delivery process work?
jivatu.in uses a reputed logistics service provider to deliver products to your door step. Once your order is placed, one of our logistics partners would pick the product from us and deliver it to you.
13. How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is placed, jivatu.in assigns your order to one of our courier partners. An SMS would be sent to your registered phone number with details of the courier partner along with AWB number. You can track the order using the AWB number on their respective website.
14. How do I pay for a jivatu.in purchase?
The payment options we support are:

15. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on jivatu.in?
There are no hidden charges and the prices shown against each product are the final ones.
16. How do I pay using Net Banking?
- You can pay through your Net Banking account with any bank.
- On the payment page, choose ‘Net Banking’ as your preferred mode of payment and click to place your order.
- This will take you to the banking site where you will need to enter your bank login details (Net Banking User ID and Password) and the transaction password. Once successful, you’ll receive a confirmation and your order will be processed.
- We support all major banks.
17. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on jivatu.in?
All credit card and debit card payments on jivatu.in are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. jivatu.in does not store or capture any credit card or net banking related information. 3D secure password service is used by banks for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
