Refund And Return Policy
Not satisfied with our product ? We promise a full refund for the item.
- If you have any problems with the order, especially in terms of packaging, size, quality, or breakage, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item within 10 days days of receipt.
- You can initiate the returns by logging into your jivatu.in account. Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier service if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. A maximum amount of Rs.200 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost. You can email our customer support in case of any clarification.
- We will refund the money after we receive the product at our warehouse. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it will take up to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank).
- Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product-specific discounts, may not be available by the time you return the order. Free Gifts can not be returned or exchanged.
- Returns will be done in 2-3 days.
- Refunds will be initiated in 5-7 days.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
- jivatu.in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
- Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 3 working days of receiving the product. It may take 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
- You can return either the complete order or 1 or more items from the same.
- Please pack the products properly and paste/write the following address: A Division of Jivatu Ayurvedic Research Centre, C/o White Water Retail Pvt. Ltd, Shop no. 4 Neelam Chowk, NIT – 5, Faridabad, Haryana, India – 121001.
- Please ensure that the packet is well sealed before handing over to our pick-up executive.
- Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
